I worked with a guy who went there a few years ago.
I'll see if I can get in touch with him, or find out if he is still there.
He was/is a tech doing garage work there.

Check our Glassdoor.com, there are 30+ reviews for ZF Northville. They are rated above average, very similar to most automotive OEM's and higher than a lot of suppliers. A friend of mine showed me this site, seems interesting.

I know ZF Transmissions Gray Court SC is a great place to work. I have several friend that work there. Lot of overtime if you want it. And they keep expanding.

Thanks, that would be great.

Sounds like he still likes it. Go check it out if you have an interview in that area.
His name is Chris, not sure of last name, its been a few years since I talk with him.
Another guy I still work with talks to him though once in a while.

I interviewed with them. Ended up staying where I was but they had very competitive benefits there. Very competitive total compensation package to OEs. I work with a few of guys from there now. They seem to have a lot of good people there. Generally a good supplier to work with. As part of being a good supplier to work with, I think they tend to push people to make sure shit gets done which can lead to longer hours especially around launch time for the program you work on.

Thanks guys, sounds pretty typical of a supplier to push around launch, I'm used to that. Thanks for the reviews, I have accepted a position in their damper department. Pay seems good, benifits package look real good, in comparrison. Again, thank you all for your input, I'm excited to work there.
