alternator

I converted my car to the one wire kit and its charges for awhile then blows the up the kit...I've put two on the car and checked the alternator seems to be fine???The car is a 1984 mustang 302 if that helps??thanks gary

it stops charging and when i check the conversion kit its shorted out...

If your trying to put a 3rd gen alt on all you do is wire it up and notch the bracket a lil..
