Oil less?

I have a 30gal Campbell now I got off of Mikesfastss 10 years ago almost.

Looking for a deal on a used 60gal.

What should I look for?

No body work in my garage but I have used air saws and do use die grinders, 90 grinders etc.

Running 220v for the welder I’m buying from Moneypit, so I’ll have that too. But 110v is fine as well

wow lol does it still work? Stay away from oil less for sure there way to loud. I’m gonna upgrade to oil less myself soon.

Just watch out for older ones with rusty tanks. I have a craftsman that rusted thru, and it looked perfect on the outside. Pull the plug on the tank and look for rust if you buy a used one.
I bought a new Quincy 2 stage a couple years ago, and I love it. $1500, but I use the shit out of it, and it should outlast me.

I agree with where you are coming from but all tanks rust. Even brand new tanks will start to get rusty water after only a few uses.

I agree for sure. It was actually very hard to see how badly the metal was eroded until I cut the bad section out. The tank was approximately 3/16" thick steel, but was 1/16" or less around the drain (low) area. I was going to weld a patch in, but the affected area was 12"x16". It looked like a tiny pin hole externally. I ruined an otherwise great compressor, simply because I was too lazy to drain the tank, and because I "didn't use it that often ". Live and learn, I guess. Lol

Anything wrong with the one mustang joe posted?

That one looks like a good deal, I'd look into a 2 stage too though. I upgraded my pump to a two stage Quincy when the old single stage crapped out. It's an 80 gallon tank, and I have hard lines ran throughout the garage, and the no load cycle time is under a minute. It's awesome. You only want to buy a good compressor once.
