Product Development for Cummins Turbo Technologies! I'm pretty excited. I'm looking forward to not surviving on Ramen noodles anymore!

Congrats, have fun living in Colombus Indiana.....yuck. I dread every time I've got to go down there.

Thanks! Yeah, Indiana wasn't my first choice. Neither was Michigan though. I would have preferred some place warm and sunny with a beach.

Congratulations! It's all downhill from here....I've been doing this since 1967 with a few breaks for the Military and economy lay-offs. During one lay-off period, I ended up going to college full time for 2 years on the GI bill and finished up while going to night school and working 50 hours per week.

Working is much better than school and you get paid for it....

One of our salesmen went to Purdue for his ME degree...

Congrats again and good luck....Gary

Are you going to be stuck in Columbus?
Just asking because the Grand Opening of Cummins Turbo Technologies in Ladson, SC was last week. They merged their 2 SC plants into one.
I live down here in Summerville, SC and we fit the bill of warm and sunny place with a beach.

I would expect you would at least be visiting the plant from time to time, if so let me know and if I am in the area (I travel for work) I will be glad to meet up with you and show you around down here. We have quite a few optic gages in the plant down there and they love them so I may even come visit you in plant one of these day.

And a big congratulations on this big step in life.

Jon

I would love the opportunity to move around a bit and that definitely sounds like a possibility here. There are plants all over the U.S., in India, China, Brazil etc. My girlfriends parents actually live in S,C. so it would be cool living there for a while or visiting the plant on occasion. I'll be sure to remember you if I'm ever in the area and thanks for the congratulations!

Congrats Jason! Best of luck in the new position and with your career. I hope it takes you where you want to go.

WOO HOO!!! Real paychecks!! Congrats young man!! Columbus, Indiana may not be your first choice, but paradise is where YOU make it.
