Ac ?

i have a 2001 mustang and when i turn the ac to max the air only blows out the defrost. not the vent. anyone have any ideas?
 
should be somewhere by the blower motor, does it work on feet and vent when it's not on AC if so then the actuator is good and it is prolly the switch
 
i replaced the fan switch bout 2 months ago. not sure if vent works without the ac on. i will check tommorrow. and where is the actuator?

only works on feet and defrost no vents work at all with ac on or off. and i cant seem to find any lines off. so what could it be
