This weekend there were some insane sales going on so I ordered a ton of stuff for my '98 z28, here's what I'm going to have someone do but I was wondering if there's anything else I should do at the time. I've seen on LS1Tech people recommend doing motor mounts, spark plugs, and wires while doing the headers. Thoughts on that?
This is what I have coming in the mail:
Pacesetter long tubes
Texas speed off road Y-pipe
Texas speed rumbler cat back
Yank SS 3600 stall converter
Big trans cooler
UMI:
- 3 point weld in subframe connectors,
- crossmember mounted torque arm w/ driveshaft loop,
- weld in LCA relocation brackets,
- on car adjustable panhard bar & lower control arms
So are spark plugs, wires, and poly motor mounts somethings I should do? The car has 137k on it (I know that's a lot but the car was babied and maintained very well)
Anything else I should do while all that other stuff is being done?
Thanks.
