To get the discount, buyers must show that they own or lease a 1995 or newer vehicle from outside the Ford, Lincoln and Mercury brands, though they don’t have to trade it in or terminate their lease.

Since I already have an "older" Ford (post 95), I don't need a new one.

GM did that for a deal like this once. I couldn't get JSXtreme a code to use because of it. :(

Immediate and extended family, friends, and neighbors that presently own or lease a 1995 or newer non-Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicle and that you know personally. Customer must have owned/leased the competitive vehicle for a minimum of 30 days prior to the sale date of the new VIN.

No Ford Performance (formerly SVT) vehicles are eligible for A-plan.

Besides, for this program you must take delivery by 2/29. Since everyone who ordered them has been waiting months... your chance of finding one on the lot is slim to none. Plus remember that dealerships don't have to sell vehicles at A-plan prices if they don't want to.
 
Program extended until April 4th. I gave mine away but I could always ask a co worker if someone needs one.
