I would like you all to critique my combo and give me your recommendations.
The list as follows is:
347 stroker 8.5-1 cp
Compression Ratios computed with .038 compressed thickness head gasket:

58cc = 9.67
61cc = 9.36
64cc = 9.08
68cc = 8.73

b31 camshaft
Anderson B31 Camshaft-
Duration @ .050 218, 228
Lift .544, .544
Lobe Separation 112
heads: afr185 or 205 [i know if i go with 205's i would have to upgrade the cam
tb etc]
gt40 intake [the lower will be ported]
70mm throttle body
lighting maf
42lb injectors
5 speed trans
373 gears
I was going to super charge the car but changed my mind.:pow::pow::pow:
Can I still use the cam even though im not going with forced induction?
If not what do you recommend? Custom or ots?
I was thinking of raising the compression by running a 60cchead even if i go with a 185
or 205 head.
My goal with car is something that will be fun on the street and pull all the way to
the 6300 redline.
thx

definately up the compression

and I am not too versed in ford cams, but I am sure you cam get a much better one then that for N/A

theyre not so big that they cant be restricted a little with pulse width and duty cycle, gives you alot of room to play with later on

I would say bump the compression as much as you can, that cam isnt a bad choice but I would def. go solid roller with a bigger cam thats designed for NA power and is designed with your intakes flow in mind

I may be able to score some afr185 heads, 1.6 roller rockers,and 36lb injectors
for a good price...
But the guy who is selling them hasn't give the combustion chamber size of the heads...
Once I find that out, I will be able to see what route I was going to go with the
cam and whether or not i was going to keep it or go custom...
I'm looking for 400hp/400lbfttq to the wheels when I put it back in the car
