i got one its rusty a little tho at the top., off of a 96 ram
its white
and it shuts fine, but you don't need to use the handle to open it, it just opens.
the latch is messed up or stuck open.

oh ya, i got a vented one from summit for $28 bucks.
its a 'turbo-net' non gooseneck style, they have a gooseneck style as well.

It's pretty nice, I have no complains about mine.
