97 cobra imrc

i think i need a imrc control for a 97 mustang cobra
my intake runner is stuck closed , so from what i have read this is what is bad or the runners could be gummed shut,it had a check engine light on and i got a code for it, im unfimiliar with this motor so any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks
