I have been experiencing some very minor shifting 'bumps' lately and yesterday while going up a small hill it felt like my car jerked for just a second.
then the engine light came on. i took it to autozone to have the codes read and got the two P0700,P0765. Have looked at the codes and would like to
know if anyone knows what the normal solutions are for most occurances? After getting the codes read the engine light went off by itself. I had driven
around 8 miles after it came on without any unnormal driving experiences. It seemed like nothing was wrong at all with the car. It has around 125K.
I have had one ball joint replaced and a water pump/timing belt within the last year. Otherwise this car has been a dream.
Please advise. The light is off and car runs like normal?! Should i get it checked out by trans shop or mechanic and should i trust what they tell me. I
am very skeptical that shops sometimes tell you something to make money. I had a great shop once but the owner got sick and now his staff ain't what
it once was. I noticed some of your threads said that a bad plug could have caused this?? Or maybe i misunderstood?
Any advice will be great.
