95 windstar cooling system bleed valve?

Is there such a thing? if so where is it?

I replaced the radiator, water pump and thermostat on my van and it heats up, builds pressure, but I do not have any heat. I would think it is due to an air pocket. The top hose gets hot and the lower hose gets warm, but I don't think it circulating.

You check the heater core see if it's plugged up or not?

agreed, an air pocket usually makes one hose hot, and the other ice cold, but a mostly plugged core will cause the one hot, one warm situation
