The car is heavy, and by far no where near a max effort deal. Some people would cringe and how small of a cam I have in this to keep it streetable. So thats why I went to a bigger turbo to make up for the more streetable parts in the car.

However, it would be completely awesome to get a high 7 out of this bitch, but in my mind, I am not thinking that it will do it.

I would bet money that it would go 7s. The cam doesn't even matter, it might even be faster with the small cam since the engine is so big.

It's a bad ass car for sure, can't wait to see it at the track. Tim was actually telling me about this car before, I didn't know it was the same one until you posted pics.
 
Badass car! And good engine choice! I grew up in hot rodding with my dad. The beauty of the sport is you can do whatever YOU want to do on YOUR car. Can't wait to see it out this year. :cool:

I sure in hell hope your right! I can't wait to get it to the track, get my lisence and have some fun with this. Tim has been working with me for a while, got hooked up with him from Will. He knows his shit for sure!

Yes, for the price and reliability that I will hopefully have, a BBC was a no brainer.



Durahoe, I wish I could get some vid of it running, but this broke ass doesn't have a vid camera. It sounds so tame idling, you would think its a 13 second car.
 
Just let me know when you want me to come over and get a idle video of it.

It really doesn't sound as radical as you would think. I think my LS1 car is louder and more radical than Baldies racecar.
