New to the site figured I'd share my new project I just picked up. Was originally a Florida V6 car. No motor or trans yet for it still up in the air on it. Most likely I'll have a 351w in it but maybe an LS2 :D Heres a few pics.

I'm currently selling the hood and the front bumper cover I picked up a cobra bumper cover that i haven't put on yet. It's still a bit dusty It was in someones garage for 6 years. Has a 10 point cage in it.

Need some headlights for it if anyone has some in good condition. I'll keep the post updated as i clean it up some more and change parts.

Welcome... Good start to a nice car. From what I have been told and seen the LSx engines fit nice in a stang.

Good luck with the project

yea not easy getting 6 yrs of dust off a car i washed it 4x when I got it home Saturday. Sunday I had to clay bar it and finally got some wax on it. Hopefully this weekend i can get the engine bay cleaned up and repainted and start cleaning the interior.
But the body is solid No real rust on the car anywhere.

Here is a pic of what used to be in it.

looks like a good foundation for sure. keep us updated on your progress.....

oh, btw, welcome to motown......

Damn, Nice project. Engine bay looks sweet.....looked REALLY sweet with the 4 valve squeezed in there:hitit:

yea it was a big 5.4 I think cast iron block with a giant fn turbo i have a few more photos of that engine original owner sent me the photo's. Had a twin turbo 302 in it for a bit as well.

I think I'm leaning towards a 393 with a little nitrous. Just have to do a bit more research to see if I can get a stroker to run decent N/A with EFI. Really depends on what is available once I get the suspension and rear end done. Hoping the weather is halfway decent this weekend so I can clean the interior its sooooo bad. So bad I'm not sure if I can save the seats but I dont want to spend the money on race seats just yet.

Pic of that monster mod motor out of the car.

Weather and work has been my downfall not having a heated garage sucks.

i did manage to find a parts car though :D 95 gt Should be seeing me selling some stuff soon as I start stripping it :D.

But It gives me my engine harness's, computer, Carpet shifter throttle linkages and I'll probably stick with the AODe as well just get it beefed up and rebuilt.

If anyone needs something off a 94 95 gt let me know if I don't need it I'll probably let it go on the cheap.

smashed pretty good in the front. Although kind of sucks I think I might be part of a scam :( I'll know more monday when I make some phone calls :gr_confus

That sucks, whats the deal?

just havent gotten the title on the parts car yet although I just finally heard from the owner a few hours ago. Basically I picked the car up at a ford dealership got my receipt and everything and was supposed to meet with the owner this weekend to get the title. Owner just contacted me though had an out of state emergency come up. So I'll see ,I just didn't want to start stripping this thing to have some Bullshit come up.

Welcome. The white car looks like a nice start to build a car from.

I might be interested in the seats out of the GT if your parting it out
