94 f150 302 - Hestitation/miss/dying idle.

Its a 302, 4r70w 2wd. I did a coil, cap/rotor, wires and plugs in September. The plugs showed I was running very lean. I replaced the fuel filter as well, plans for a fuel pump, but it has been working ok. If the engine is cold, it hesitates under throttle, mostly 25%-80% throttle, to the floor it'll wake up. It runs fine when its warmed up. Tonight with the awesome storm, the trans would shift and lug me to 1k rpm then it would misfire. I would bring the rpm back up to 2k and around 30% throttle it would shift again, missfiring etc..repeat, I dropped it in high and was good till I got home. It was struggling to idle, once given throttle it would idle better, but not for long.

I am going to try to pull codes tomorrow, but I wouldn't think this would be my fuel pump dying?? Or maybe I got bad 87 octane? I just filled it up tonight on the way home.
Any ideas off the top of your head?

Well I tried getting codes, 34 and 63 was about as solid as I can get.. this is my first time getting codes... I ran into a youtube video, guy said it did this in cold/rain weather.. his video showed the hesitation, misfire. He replaced the o2 sensor and it fixed it. Mind you this is whats been happening to me since I got the truck. I have it unplugged to make it to work tonight. Ran ok with it unplugged, but it had power at low end, and it didn't load up the engine.

do 94's have a maf? try cleaning it . unplugging the maf or the 02 both put them in SD i believe

And if I remember correctly 34 is the drivers side air bag circuit, I think it's low resistance or an open. Their's a TSB out on that one for a bad connection at the connector... I'll look it up lae for you.
