Thought I'd gather all of my work onto here since its scattered all over the various sites.

Heres the long haul on my project!

Yikes! Rust all in the shock towers and around the frame rails... its gonna need some work...

These are C5 headers cut right below the 02 bung hole so I can slightly re-aim it back more.

Skyline crossmember from an R33 RB25DET. I had it left over from my old red S13 that I sold. After I test fitted the headers I knew they would work, all I did is buy some 3" SS u bends cut to fit, then welded the flange back on where ever I want the headers to aim.

It took us 4 times to get this sucker in. Had to beat out the tunnel a bit, crossmember issues, swaybar issues, just a headache. Thats what 9 hours will do I guess. Now its sits perfect, just in front of the crossmember and the shifter sits in the correct position. The trans is only 1 inch longer than the stock trans and it gave me the perfect length because it gave me room to put the engine forward to clear the firewall.

This is how I notched it to make it fit and mock the engine placement up. We modded the xmemeber 3 times before I was happy.

DAMN THIS BITCH IS FAST!!!

Shifter Location. A bit forward, I can deal.

dscn01557pd.jpg

GTO oil pan because its front sump and since the 240 is rear steer it was the only way to get an engine in.

You guys won't believe what I had to do to make this universal clutch master to fit. I had to weld a plate on the back side of the clutch pedal assembly then weld bolts that go through the firewal to hold on the master. Took me a good 4 hours.

Custom engine mount I made for both sides.

Sweet Jesus that's a lot of work. Extremely badass by the way. I wish I had a fraction of the talent you have. :hail:

CHEAP and atleast a T4. A T6 thumper would be nice... but too big for what I got now. I was looking at a Borg Warner S400's. They use to be around 600 bucks but they like doubled in price.

:seizure: Dude that car is BAD ASS. HUGE +1 to you for going WAY outside "the box" and building the baddest 240 I've ever seen. The metalwork looks amazing and you did a really nice job on that beat up engine bay.

FUCK A DRIFT CAR:thumbsup:
