9 piece patio set has two fold up chairs and a small table that sit off to the side. 3 yrs old has a little bit of sun fading on the cushions and one of the fold up chairs has a couple small burns on the seat from the fire popping on it. the umbrella is included as well but one of the arms is broke you might be able to do a temp. fix on it. thanks. it is listed on craigslist for 150 but for Motown Members 125 thanks chris 734 286 1016
