9 inch rear end brakes

I am building a 9 inch, its been sitting in a junk yard for several years and it came out of a newer full size van. I am guessing that the drum brakes that are on it are shot. I've looked at currie, and a few other places online for new drum/or disk set ups for the 9 inch rear ends, but wanted to know what some of you ran on your cars, or if there is a cheaper way to buy the parts for these kits, drums i have found for 380, and the disc brake kits arent much more but the smallest rotors I can find in the kits are 11" and I dont know if ill still be able to fit a 15x10 weld dragstar on it. 11" brakes are standard on late model Mustang GT's and you can fit a 15" wheel with zero issues. You just need to make sure you buy the correct caliper adapter.

yeah ford racing has a kit that says it bolts on with the 11" rotors to the newer housings, If I can still get those rims on that should be the way to go.
 
I have the ford motorsport kit on my rear end. Its a 99 up explorer bracket, caliper, rotor, ect/ I have 15 inch wheels on my car.
 
My 8.8 has 9" ends I went with a Strange Street kit for my car. Was decently priced and they look to be really nice brakes. TeamZ can get you pretty good prices on Strange parts.
 
I went with the motor sports kit so if i even need parts, i can go anywhere and get a caliper for a 99 explorer. :)
