Thanks for the great times. When Dave and Chuck were your morning show, it was great. Loved you in the late 90's early 2000's.

new format started at noon. Country...you lost me. :sad:

I started listening back when it was Dean and Dave. Remember all the shit Dave and Chuck gave Kelly, and she actually just like walked off the air?
 
Aren't there already roughly 3-4 pop country stations? A little late to the game if that's where they're trying to compete.
Regardless, I don't listen to radio anymore either for a few years now.
 
Almost like when 105.1 "The Edge" switched from Alternative to Hip Hop.

Funny thing is that Darren Revell was just talking about the downward spiral of 89X in the early 2000's on Big Sonic Heaven a couple weeks ago.

WLLZ was by far my favorite station back in the mid 90's - I preferred it to WRIF. Once it was gone, I listened to WRIF a lot more, and it wasn't until '97 or so when I started driving that I began listening to 89x. 89x quickly became my station of choice up until maybe 2010 or so.

I really wasn't a fan the last 2-3 years - I rarely even flipped to it.
