Whats up Motown, I officially joined this site to sell random crap. JK
This is an 88 Suzuki Quadsport 230. It's a 4 stroke, with new bars, grips, air filter, plug, oil change etc... Perfect for bumming around the track or doing whatever. I only rode it a couple times since I bought it(sucks living in the city sometimes) Runs good, starts easy. Pretty light for a quad, not perfect though $850 Evan, 734-323-2261.

King302, this is a "quad sport" not a quad racer if it's a 4 stroke.. I can change the title for you, but a quad racer is 2 stroke and a LOT different lol FWIW I had an 89 Quadsport 250, reliable as hell and would go thru anything.

Yeah.. it's a 230cc and I believe it has an automatic clutch.. my neighbor had one back in the day.

My 250 was a manual clutch, with a decompression lever also for starting. I think the 230's were manual clutch also.

Like I said, I only worked on it and rode it a few times, quadrunner/racer/chaser whatever. It's around 240 cc's manual trans with reverse, and yes it is taking up space.

Sorry just trying to help.. there is a HUGE difference between a quadsport and quadracer. A lot of people were still hunting down older quadracers to race on pro circuits only a few years ago.

If it's an 88, then it's a "quadsport" LT230S.

LT230S - Quadsport made from 85-88 and chain drive, 230cc 4-stroke
LT230G - Quadrunner made from 85-86 and shaft drive, 230cc 4-stroke
LT250S - Quadsport made from 89-90 and chain drive, 230cc 4-stroke
LT250R - Quadracer made from 85-91 and chain drive, 250cc 2-stroke

Easiest way to distinguish 230cc from 250cc is to look at the cylinder. The displacement should be stamped or cast into the cylinder.

I think we should run them for titles, er.. for my title, then I would give yours away as a bonus for whoever would buy mine :spank:

Let me swap out the rear tires and we can race 330', I'll line up against a crotch rocket... not for titles though.
