5th Annual Custom Rides for Saving Lives- June 20, 2009

My club got its date setup finally for our show we put on every year... Formerly had it out in Lake Orion at the high school, but we moved it to Gibraltar this year to try and attract more people. (cant smoke or drink on a school campus)

Last year we had around 200 cars or so and its getting bigger and better every year

But its for a good cause, all proceeds (100%) go to the American Cancer Society

And dont let the name deter you guys... Its not a show for just customs... classics, and muscle cars, etc are all encouraged to come,
If we get alot more interest here, you can bet we will add classes to accommodate everyone who attends

also feel free to ask questions!

update:

we had a meeting this past weekend and decided if we get enough interest we will add some classes to accommodate the hot rod/ pro street guys... as long as its custom in some way shape or form.

Stock oldies are nice, and sure bring them out if you want. But we figured there are plenty of shows for original cars for those guys to take home trophies at.

bump.... no one is interested?

I know a few members from this board have been to our shows, im sure they can vouche for them

good to hear man, we are hoping to attract alot more people by moving it here rather then way out in lake orion.

And Richie, thank you for the kind words. the show has almost doubled in size each year we had it and we are hoping for the same outcome this year

thanks to everyone that came out. We had a good turnout and had about 130 vehicles that entered. Down slightly from last year but that was expected

big thanks to all of our sponsers that made it happen

ill throw some pictures up here later on
