Yes it dose. I got a larger one for my house. I have a well for water and some sewage pumps that needed a larger generator to operate along with lights etc.

FWIW, I have one of these. I opted to just replace the carb on it rather than clean it out. The new one was only around 15 bucks. 5 Minutes later and it was running like a top again. I just don't know why they used a normal outlet for the 220 on it. Who even uses that type of plug for 220.. Good machine though, good luck with the sale!
