5 lug conversion on a fox.

what is all really needed to convert a 86 to 5 lug? what am i looking at spending(ballpark). and do i have to change my coilovers and struts/shocks as well? any help would be appreciated... thx
 
If you're looking for a conversion setup, I've got a complete setup. Brackets, rotors, caliper, need one new one. Lines, hoses, bolts, everything necessary for a 5 lug rear setup seen on the Bobbits page, using the cadillac caliper setup you can find on his page. PM if you're interested.
