426 HEMI

I have a customer looking for a 426 HEMI for his 69 roadrunner. Dont want to pay 10-12K for a crate engine.. Wants an older one. Any help appreciated. Thankx

An older one will be alot more than the newer crate motors, a good vintage block (bare) will be 5k and up depending on the date code

Good luck with that hed be lucky if he could do it for under 20k.

I know of someone with quite alot of them but they wont be cheap. That 12k will look like chump change when its done than he wont want to drive it
