4 barrel problem?

i have a 87 cutlass supreme 307 v8 with a 4 barrel but the back 2 barrels wont open up. any ideas y they wont open up and if so what should i do to make them open up? thx

I would assume this is a quadrejet. Sounds like the air valve flap is stuck. Try lubbing the shafts with some WD40 and working them by hand.

There's a secondary lock-out lever that prevents the secondaries from opening when the choke is on. It could be stuck or may need adjustment.
