Definitely within your price range, and just need the mustang motor mounts, and harness transferred over. It's got 74k miles.

Matt a 2v to 4v swap and its fairly simple. Why would you wanna mess with a 2v anyways????

I'll never forget the Brand new fully dressed 4.6 with trans that was for a 02 mustang gt, that i got for $750, turned around and sold the trans the next day for 300 and had a complete new motor for only $450!
