4.6 SOHC motor

I am not 100% sure, when i had to replace my computer i made sure i got a matching 02 just in case. but im pretty sure they are the same.

check the 8th digit in the vin and make sure they match. There is a Romeo 4.6 engine and a Windsor 4.6 engine allthough i think it only matters when your inside the engine.

flexplate/flywheel, valve covers, etc. but as far as running gear or electronics? nope
