For all of you MMers who have said that they wanted to try roadracing or just wanted to come see what it's all about, here's your chance. We'll be at Waterford Hills the weekend of August 8th and 9th. It's right down the street... so much closer than Milan. Come out to the track and see what it's all about. Even if you don't want to run your own car, you'll be able to go for a ride with someone else. You can even rent our 3BallsRacing race car for a session. Many of you guys make comments that you'd love to try roadracing but (insert excuse here). No more excuses. As long as your car is roadworthy, isn't falling apart, has decent tires and brakes, and has a seat belt it's good enough to run. (BTW, it's not racing. It's more like a TnT for you drag racing guys.)
Now for the serious stuff:
In the past three years, 3BallsRacing members, friends, and family have raised over $62,000 to benefit The Karmanos Cancer Institute, and more specifically, melanoma research. This year 3BallsRacing is supporting ongoing research into a topical melanoma drug treatment. Join us at Waterford Hills for an open track weekend where there will be a silent auction, rides in race cars, and many other events to help push our donation total further.
