A 351 w crank is basicly the same dimensional as a 351c other than main journal size and counter weights?

Bascily i have a rotating assembly for a 351c thats brand new all fordged stuff that i cant use and i have this 351w block.. can i have the mains turned down and it rebalanced to use in the 351w?

I'm guessing no. The 351w is a completely different block design than the
Cleveland "big block". The Windsor is basically just a stroked 302.

A cleveland IS NOT a big block.. in no way at all is it.

It has been referred to by some as the "big block" 351 version to distinguish it from the Windsor blocks, although technically it's not.
Hence THE QUOTATION MARKS!!!:icon_mrgr

weight would be one. .. alot of after market blocks all have Cleveland mains.. must be a reason..

Plus the smaller journal would be easier to keep oiled for higher rpm operation..
