3-day work week, 4-day weekend.

Crazzy_Al

Mr. Hair Gel Overgeller
That's what I have this week. Thursday and Friday off. Oh, and I'm getting paid my full 40 hours.

That is all. :D

I thought I would actually share some joy and possitive news vs the usual negative garbage that spews from my finger tips onto my keyboard.

I'm sorry that you cannot share in my joy.

Also, my having the day off this Friday will allow me to take my daughter to school for the second time in 2 years. This will be the 1st time I get to take her by myself. Just daddy and daughter driving to school. That may not mean anything to you, but I am extremely excited about this.

And while she's in school I can go to the gym and work out for a few hours. Then I get to pick her up from school and spend the day with her. :D

I worked in sales for ABC on and off from 16-20 years old. I know all about it. And when I worked there, inventory was manually counted by hand. EVERY piece in the place. No scan guns, etc. We were there well after 3:00am for inventory quite a few times. I also worked at Quicken loans for 2 years. 100 hour work week felt like a vacation. Plus it was 40+ miles each way to work.

I know about long, shitty, hours. :D

It takes a special person to be able to be a banker lol

Memorable Quotes from
Nothing But Trouble (1991)

Chris Thorne: Come on, death for running a stop sign?
J.P.: *And* for being a banker! That's the double death.

J.P.: [asking about Chris' job] Banker?
Chris Thorne: No, not banker. Financial publisher. "Thorne Weekly"?
J.P.: Ok, banker

yeah i hear you man, our inventories sucked ass because we would come up like $20,000 short and all hell would be raised and we would check, re-check, and re-check...man i do not miss that....we always had mike bone and mike lynch crawling up our asses the whole night.....ABC is a shady place i think..

I wish you guys could have been there to witness the crazy old lady I had to deal with yesterday. She swore we were stealing her money, causing her overdrafts, etc. She was YELLING like crazy. I kept my cool and kept asking that she looked at the financial transaction screen I had right inf ront of her face...which showed that she was NOT overdrawn, she was NOT about to be overdrawn, all her money was still there, the money she was looking for was right in front of her, etc.

By the way, she was in an old house dress, hair wasn't combed, mustache thicker than Nick can grow, and in DESPERATE need of a breath mint.

But hey, I have Thursday and Friday off, so it's all good.
