And while she's in school I can go to the gym and work out for a few hours. Then I get to pick her up from school and spend the day with her.Crazzy_Al said:...Also, my having the day off this Friday will allow me to take my daughter to school for the second time in 2 years. This will be the 1st time I get to take her by myself. Just daddy and daughter driving to school. That may not mean anything to you, but I am extremely excited about this.

I'm sorry that you cannot share in my joy.

I worked in sales for ABC on and off from 16-20 years old. I know all about it. And when I worked there, inventory was manually counted by hand. EVERY piece in the place. No scan guns, etc. We were there well after 3:00am for inventory quite a few times. I also worked at Quicken loans for 2 years. 100 hour work week felt like a vacation. Plus it was 40+ miles each way to work.kovacs32 said:reminds me of a story...worked retail sales at abc warehouse for commision from 830am to 930pm 4 days a week and all weekend....I was in the draw the whole time, got $250 paychecks for 60+hours....talk about shitty..

Memorable Quotes from
Nothing But Trouble (1991)
Chris Thorne: Come on, death for running a stop sign?
J.P.: *And* for being a banker! That's the double death.
J.P.: [asking about Chris' job] Banker?
Chris Thorne: No, not banker. Financial publisher. "Thorne Weekly"?
J.P.: Ok, banker
