Looking into a relatives 2010 F150 for helping with an upgrade, it appears the "kits" and "systems" available are choice limited and very costly.

What seems to check all the boxes as for features is the 09-14 F150 SYNC gps Navigation Radio system with Brick Upgrade. However, trim pieces would need to be ordered to complete the physical installation.

Full system kit for 09-14 F150 SYNC gps Navigation Radio:

Hi-res 6.5-inch touch screen with QVGA display
AM/FM radio
Sirius XM Satellite Radio & Travel Link Ready (requires subscription)
CD/DVD player
Built-in hard drive for MP3 storage
Enhanced GPS navigation with audible turn-by-turn directions
DVD & Navigation In-motion
Bluetooth Hands-Free
Rear Camera
iPod/iPhone/MP3 Player Integration

Any other options I'm not seeing for much less cost?
The price may be reasonable, but it is a lot of cash to put into a DD/traveling truck.

i bought a dash kit from crutchfield. installed an alpine 7" touch screen. used a pac steering wheel interface and a pac ms-frd1 to retain sync functions. but if the truck does not have a sync radio i wouldn't bother putting one in. spend a little more money on a radio with all the features wanted.
