In this comparison, you will hear a cammed 2008 Z06 at startup, idle, and revving with the factory exhaust fuse installed and removed. In back to back dyno runs, peak numbers varied by 12 RWHP and 14 RWTQ by removing the fuse.
With the fuse removed, the vehicle picked up power across the board and substantial power down low where it's normally closed.
3,000 RPMs - Picked up 12 RWHP / 25 RWTQ
3,500 RPMs - Picked up 23 RWHP / 34 RWTQ
Up top it picked up 10 RWHp / 10 RWTQ.
Mods are:
Livernois Motorsports Stage 2 LS7 Camshaft
Livernois Motorsports Dual Valve Springs
Halltech Cold Air Intake System
Kooks Longtube Headers
Kook's X-Pipe w/ Cats
