Was gonna give this car to my 15 year old son but have decided against it. Full or partial trades are welcome, looking to get him a small truck S10,Ranger,Dakota etc or a small 4 door car like Fusion, Milan, etc
2007 GXP
currently showing 173,291 miles, I drive this car 200 miles a day 5 days a week so it will increase fast. I'm the second owner, had it since 63K miles. ALL highway miles and I can prove it, live in Dearborn heights and commute to Whitehouse Ohio do a google map search
Clean carfax, no accidents, no leaks, wouldn't hesitate to drive the car across country
Original transmission died at 112K miles and Rich from Detroit Gear box built a badd ass trans for me, factory trans cooler has been bypassed for a huge 24k gvw front mount trans cooler. Trans temps stay between 176-182* during hot humid days above 90*.
Exterior of the car is clean, but there are a few dings and dents, couple hardball dents from the kids, front cover has bugs impailed into the paint :lol: , lower dog leg behind both rear doors the paint is missing from rock chips.
Interior is super clean, I'm typically the only person that rides in it. Driver seat has minimal wear, no rips etc. Only known issues in the interior is steering air bag cover is cracked and Pontiac emblem is dented from me punching the steering wheel
. HUD display works but adjustment mirror has broke due to spring rubbing through clip (common issue)
The oil is changed every 3.5 weeks and i have receipts for every oil change, car is well maintained because I drive so far everyday to work.
Car has 5000k HID headlights and fog lights, windows tinted, headlights tail lights smoked, after market exhaust, tires are about 7 months old Goodyear Eagle LS2.
Recently changed in the past year - all 4 wheel hubs, tie rods.
Known issues - passenger side CV shaft is making some noise ( I think cv shaft ), car has a stiff ride and i believe it could use shocks/struts all around, HID lights need to be turned off immediatly after putting car in gear due to day time driving lights will kill the ballast.
