2007 Ford Fusion Problem

I have a friend with a 2007 Fusion and the seal on the driverside front window is warped.
This is the second time she will have had to get this fixed and the car is almost out of warranty.
Is there any recall for this?
Any way to keep it from happening again?

I did not get to look at the car, I'm going by what she said.
She said it sounds like the window is cracked (when it's all the way up) when she is driving,
She's had the same thing fixed once already.
She's a nice person and I'm just trying to help her out. :)
