x2! saying they are tanks is an understatement. my cousin rode one home with a hole in the case (no case saver) and literally no oil in it. boogered everything back together and it ran (and went trail riding for a weekend up north) like that until they day they tore it apart to put a cbr f4 engine in the z400 frame

Btw, the 250's are autos, great for beginner, or younger riders. Damn, makes me really miss my Z-400.....
