Since no one is building or buying new homes now and hes been working out of his tj , he doesn't need the truck.
Truck is in great condition, my father takes care of his trucks. His last 2 fords, a 96 and a 99 where used for the same work, have well over 200,000 miles and are still on the road, and used every day by there new owners.
