So I wanted to get my F150 back on the road after a 2 year hiatus. The Phaser system is screwed and needs to be rebuilt. I have decided screw it I am just going to replace everything lock out the phasers and get a tuner. Livernois used to sell just the lockouts but now they only sell a phaser kit with phasers for $700. I can get new OEM phasers for $115 each and the lockouts are $50 on ebay. The only issue is I need a sct programmer. Can I buy this used? Which one will run the basic program to lockout phasers. Maybe remove cats?
