Same truck I have gray leather third row seats nice shape.

They have the rise next to the headrest where the seat belt runs through so I would assume they are built in.

They are built in. These are actually very popular seats to swap into old stuff. There is actually a kit on ebay has the floor mounts for these seats that you can bolt into whatever car
