2004 Extended Venture Van

2nd Owner and I have owned this van since 2004.
The title is in MY name, dated from 2004 and not in my uncles, friend or distant relative who isn't here.
Clear title and no issues with this van

No Rust - Kept in a heated garage
Interior is very clean - No rips or anything
Extended wheelbase - 5 Door
Traction Control
Alloy Wheels
Front and Rear AirAir Conditioning - Still works great!
Cruise Control, Power Door Locks
Power Mirrors, Power Seats
Power Windows, Rear Defrost, Tilt Steering,
DeepTinted Windows
AM/FM Radio, CD Player, Keyless Entry
7 or 8 passenger
3 Rows of Seats. Rear seats are in my basement - Never been used

146K highway miles. I drive 40 miles each way to work entirely on I-75 and I-696.
Great maintenence record
Regular oil changes
I have had 3 complete tune ups, including wires.
I have had the coolant AND transmission fluid changed 3 times.
New Tires
New front wheel hubs. They are Timken bearings and not the cheap ones
New Brakes
New alignment
New Battery

Everything works, absolutely no issues
Clean carfax
This is my daily driver and I don't want to get stuck on the side of the road
Drive this van to California today.

I also have a brand new set of Monroe Quick Struts. These are complete with new springs, boots, pivots, etc and cost more than $300. They aren't installed, though....

The interior is very clean. I am the only one who is in the van most of the time....
