Pretty strange problem....this truck sometimes does not turn on the heat/air conditioning when first starting up. It will eventually come on (perhaps 5-10 minutes after driving) or will sometimes come on when powering off and powering on the truck again...(or free reving the engine)
I'm leaning towards a charging system issue perhaps? Does the HVAC in these vehicles not come on with a low amp/voltage situation? I did have a 'check charging system' prompt a few weeks back but it subsided...wondering if the battery and/or alternator is weak and causing strange issues...
Anyone with experience on these navigators/expeditions?
