just bought this car yesterday , did my normal walk around and what not and test drove it , drove perfect , on the way home with the car im getting 1 hell of a clunk from the passanger side front wheel , i took the wheel off and everything is nice and tight , ( cv shaft , sway bar links , lower ball joint , tie rod end and lower control arms ) and the strut looks new , on flat smooth ground its fine but one little bump and it sounds like all hell is going to break lose , its almost not even a clunk its like somethings smacking around , deffinatly coming from the front passanger side , it will give me a clunk if i push up and down on the fender a few good hard times , drives real smooth on super flat ground with no noises or vibrations .,. any ideas ? i dont want to toss a ton of random parts into it like i did the mustang

LCA is nice and tight , a friend just stopped by and looked at it and said it was the upper strut mount ........... about how much is a shop going to charge me ? or does someone on here want to make a few bucks and do it ? ill suply the parts needed , beer and cash , let me know , thanks

Strut mount. Typically a 50.00 Labor job unless you need more parts and sometimes that doesn't include the shop rate of compressing the spring for R&R purposes, and you'll want to get an alignment after the repair. So it could be 50.00 or even as much as 200.00 (with alignment) .

theres no need to align it after, if you bring it to a shop they will charge you for an alignment and not do it, it wont change it anyway

anyone on here want to do the job ?

ill buy parts
ill buy beer
ill pay cash$$$$$$$

let me know if anyone wants to take on the job

no problem i understand, i dont get off work until 530 during the week, im sure someone will help you on here
