My wifes 02 Impala is leaking what appears to be water from under the passenger side dash. I pulled the cover off to take a look, and it seems to be leaking from what looks like a heater blower motor. She said it's making the noise with the A/C on.
 
I had the same issue with my 02 monte carlo. Turned out to be the seal around the cabin filter under the hood. The idiots at the oil change place took the filter out to show me it was still good(like I give a rats ass) and then when they put it back in they must have gotten frustrated and just through the seal in the hole. I ended up with 2" of water laying in my passenger side floorboard.
 
yep 98 intrigue here (same W-body) the seal under the winshield cowling was f'd up, I siliconed that bitch in place and it was mint. I had to replace the blower resistor board because it got damaged
