This is my girlfriend's old car. She is the original owner and has always had it serviced professionally (to my dismay most of the time). Great looking car, very reliable. Never gave us any issues or broke down, etc. Selling because I got her an SRX as we prepare for a family (yipe). She hated to give it up after all these years, but she's loving the new ride! Anyway...

The paint looks good but has some swirls, nothing a quick polish job wouldn't look make 10x better. If it sits long enough I'm going to end up doing it myself. Typical small chips on the front bumper/hood, and the rear bumper has a little rashing (see pics). The wing could use either a repaint or some heavy clearcoat polishing (see pics).

Never any fluid leaks, but it does burn a little oil. We usually top it off once per oil change, which has always been at or darn close to 3000 miles for its entire life.

Over the past couple years it's been given new tie rods, brakes, front struts, tires, and a couple other parts that take a normal beating from the road. No engine parts or electrical components have needed to be replaced or fixed, and the car has never broken down. Only work it's needed has been from parts wearing out such as the above. I can look for receipts to get a full list of work done, but not sure if they've been kept.

Known issues:
- AC compressor hasn't blown cold all year. Likely needs a new/replacement compressor but may just need a recharge.
- Rust spot on quarter panel and a little chip under the fuel cap cover (see pics)
- Sunroof shade gets stuck halfway sometimes, but the glass itself is always operational and will move the shade on its own when you use the button to open it up all the way
- Paint rash on rear bumper (see pics)
- Fuel gauge sender defective; we have just been using the trip odometer for the past couple years.
Pass. side window switch does not work. Pass. window works via driver's side switch so it was never enough of a problem for me to dig into to resolve.

I'm seeing similar year GPs with 40-50K higher miles selling between $2800-3500, and some with lower mileage selling for upward and beyond of $4000. Tough to really nail down a price, but I NEED to move it and am opening with a price of $2700/BO.

I figure the easy fix issues like AC, window, and fuel level sender are better than a car having 40-50K more miles on it for around the same price as it has all that much more life left in it.

Money talks, so if you're interested let me know. I'm in Canton and can currently show it any day and at almost any time.

Throw any offers at me, like I said I've got to move this thing one way or another.

Am I out of my mind with the asking price? I figured someone would at least come in with some sort of offer and interest.

$2000?

Where are you located? I know somebody looking for a car and may be interested.

Wow! Thats a great price for a nice DD. Good luck with the sale... Wish I had the cash so I didn't have to drive my truck back and forth to work.
