2.3 turbo motor

I am looking to get a 2.3l turbo motor out of a tcoupe. Is there anyone in the area that is familuar with these motors for rebuilding them, or is a motor a motor when it comes to a rebuild? What type of cash are we looking at. It ran when I took it apart. I would like to get new pistons, but keep rods and crank.

Mark at Victory Racing Engines has alot of experience with them 586-741-0158 <thats the shop number your best bet is to call between 10-5 on a week day, they do excellent work up there aswell IMO

Thanx guys for the help. I have a couple options.....Not sure which route I want to go yet. I'm guess get it rebuilt, maybe new pistons, rods, and good hardware...Need to decide on a head. Gonna get a header, and get the the lower intake ported, and the upper gutted. Front mount, with custom tubing. Its not going back in the tcoupe so it is gonna be a custom application for sure. Theres guys out there using a 4 valve Volvo head on those 2.3's... it doesn't take much work to get them to fit.
