1999 regal gs with a mild build

I would like to Hijack this thread. It seems there are a few people in this thread that tinker with the 3800's. I just did a swap on my sons 2000 Monte carlo SS. I put the drive train from a 99 Buick park Avenue ultra in it. I did all the necessary wiring changes. The car runs but it runs like crap. I am thinking about getting a PCM frome intense performance. But I was wondering if someone local here in close range to detroit that do the PCM or a tune.
