That bed looks pretty rough. It's showing rust, which probably means its rusting from the inside out.
The truck is hard to put a number on without knowing the miles. I'd say $5000-$7000 depending.

why not build your own ramp bed if that's all your after

That is without a doubt a cab and chassis truck. The wheelbase looks way longer than a pickup.

What's wrong with using the whole truck? Looks like a good truck, and decent price.
