Miles? Stick or auto? I assume the rust will be rockers/cab corners, rear wheel well areas?

Its got 407000 on truck 130000 on motor and 5000 on auto trans little rust on doors barely any on rockers little on rear wheel wells. Also comes with fiberglass topper .
