1999/2001 Cobra Throttle Cable and bracket

It's discontinued, with no dealers showing having old stock. An '02 is available, with a length of 32", 813mm, but the original shows 40", and fits 99-01 Cobra only. The '01 4.6 2v, m/t is available, but there's no info. on the length. Hope this helps....a little, anyway.
 
Yea, thats the general issue. the only good fitting cable is the stock one. Im not sure that I can even fab something up. I cant seem to get a solid answer.
 
The 03-04 Mach1 cable is the same, and so is the bracket. I think I have one. And the cruise cable as well. I'll check tonight.
 
I know you said you wanted local, but have you checked eBay? The cable/ bracket are discontinued and hard to find and I have seen them listed for $150-200. You could also check with MPS Auto Salvage, they have a lot of mustang parts. There was/ is a guy parting out a Mach 1 on craigslist in Monroe (I think) that may still have it.

I have checked Carpart.com and CL. I found that guy on Mach1 Registry and emailed him (no response yet)

I figured that I would try someone on here first then resort to Ebay. There are only a couple listed at the moment (150 for a cable and there is someone who must be high, asking $320 for throttle and cruise plus $50 more for the bracket)

Lol, I will sell you my throttle/ cruise cables and bracket off of my car for $370 :icon_mrgr
 
Sorry for the delay. I do have both cables, as I thought. Here's the throttle cable. 40" end to end. 99-01 Cobra, 03-04 Mach1.
