I'm selling my 1996 GT because I'm moving, and have a company car now.
It's a 1996 GT, Purple with black leather, power windows, locks, seats, mirrors, etc. It's a 5 speed, 17" stock rims, flowmaster mufflers on stock pipes.
The car is currently throwing an oxygen sensor code, I've got a set of the "sensor eliminators" that I never had time to put on ( no cutting wires with the ones I got). There is a minor dent in the driver's rear quarter, and once in a while the "low oil" light comes on, even though the oil is full (mobil 1).
The car is dirty ( I put it away with a full tank of gas and squeaky-clean, but the Ol' lady scuffed her Buick, and drove the 'stang while her Buick was in the body shop so now it's dirty and the gas tank is empty. :icon_mrgr )....I'm pretty sure the lower ball joints need replaced, they squeak sometimes, and the front end it "twitchy" sometimes., I was only driving <5 miles to work last summer, so it wasn't an issue for me, the car has the "mach" sound system, but a previous owner replaced the head unit with a Sony detachable-face cd player. as far as I know all the amps and speakers are original, but the wiring is in the trunk for an aftermarket amp, if that's your bag.
2 new Kumho's with road hazard within the last 1k miles on the front, and decent tread still on the back.
The body is in good condition other than the dent, no rust anywhere, and the interior cleans up nice. There is an aftermarket 'glass hood on the car, looks like a Cerveni "Ram Air" hood, but I didn't put it on, so I don't know what brand it actually is.
The odo shows 77k, and the previous owner put it down as actual miles, I have no reason to doubt the miles based on the condition of the car.
My price is $3500, I paid $4200 for it last summer and it was the nicest one for sale within 100 miles of here @ the time( and I looked all over). The car books @ just over $5k if graded conservatively.
Sorry, no pix of the car ( I'm actually in Phoenix @ the moment:icon_mrgr ), but if you want to see the car, the Ol' lady will be glad to oblige, don't buy it from her though, as I won't ever get my "Toy Money" back if you pay her.
The car is in Oak Park, near where 696 and I-75 come together.
