1995 Talon gets a new Radiator

The 1Gen radiator with a few custom mods to the bracket studs (on top and below) is going in the 2Gen and while I'm at it the fan brackets are being modified so the plastic tabs wont let the fans walk towards the radiator, damaging it and the metal braces are going to get powder coated.

This is a test fit, I am working on the two cooling fans modifing the brackets and plastic tabs for a good fit, will also powder coat the brackets cause the aftermarket cooling fan factory paint is crappy and looks bad already.

Got the fans positioned, brackets modified, powder coated and mounted on radiator.
Almost ready to go into car.

The fan brackets all came the same length in the kit when they where new. Since some got reused and I saved the ones I did not use, I've cut and trim them to fit just right.
Added a few aluminum spacers to bring the fan shrouds closer to the radiator for maximum air flow.
And stay away from the header and exhaust piping.

Note the cotter pins, I installed them so the plastic tabs would stay put and not become loose walking the fan shroud into the radiator like they did on the old one.
